Our jewelry is handmade to order in our home studio. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours. In stock orders can take 4 to 6 business days to complete, please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates.

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.

Katye Landy Designs accepts Visa & Master Card.

When you purchase from our website you are guaranteed security. Our secure server uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology.  SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to obtain any information you send us via the secure server. For security reasons, we do not keep records of your credit card information.

Shipping

All of our shipping rates include tracking. Your pieces are precious to you and we don't want them getting lost out there!

Canada:

  • Free Shipping with purchases of over $150 before tax

  • Note free shipping cannot be combined with other discounts

  • $9.99 3-5 Business Days ( Tracking included. Signature may be required and KLD is not responsible for monies incurred if package gets returned to sender)

USA:

  • Free Shipping with purchases of over $150 before tax

International:

Item Availability

We do try and keep the website stock availability as up to date as possible. If however, item availability has changed, we will let you know by email as soon as possible as to when you could expect the item you desire to be restocked.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply email us within seven days of receiving your item. Once you email us we will issue you a refund ticket number.  The item must be sent back unworn and in its original packaging WITH the refund ticket number within 2 weeks of receiving. Clients are responsible for shipping charges.  When we have received your item back, we will send you a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
