Are all your pieces available online?
Our site includes a fair portion of our pieces. If however you do not see what you are looking for we are happy to assist you with a custom order.
How do I care for my pieces?
Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, careful handling is important. 14kt gold fill jewelry is meant to last many years, however it can appear discoloured if dirty from skin oil, exposure to air, build-up of lotions, chemicals and just daily wear. We recommend to polish your piece with a delicate cloth every few weeks.
What is Gold filled?
Gold Fill is composed of a solid layer of 14 karat gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass.Strict government regulation mean the gold must make up a minimum of 1/20 of the total weight of the piece. Gold-filled pieces are 50 to 100,000 times thicker than regular gold plating.
Why are my fingers turning black/green?
Typically you will not see discolouration from Gold fill jewelry. That being said some people's skin type are more prone to this issue. This chemical reaction can be caused by a combination of your skin's natural oils and the base metal. Moist or lotioned skin, or people with an acidic imbalance are prone to this reaction.
Do you do custom orders?

Will you repair broken items?
We will repair items purchased from katyelandry.com. Repair fees vary. Please email us your information to info@katyelandry.com
How should I store my pieces when I am not wearing them?
When they are not being worn we reccomend storing them away from light an air to prevent oxidation. Ziplock bags or an airtight container are the best way to prevent this.
Where do your materials come from?
We source our gems & pendants from all over the world.
All of our pieces are individually handmade and may vary slightly from the photo. Gemstones may vary slightly, in shape and color and may contain slight natural inclusions. Colors on computer monitors may look slightly different than in person. We do our best to present all our items as accurately as possible. If you have additional questions regarding sizing etc, please do not hesitate to ask before placing an order.
